WBJEE 2019 Registration Begins from December 26

The Online Registration for WBJEE 2019 is set to begin from December 26, 2018 and will go on until January 22, 2018. WBJEE board has revised the dates for West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination 2019 and postponed the same by a week to May 26, 2019. Since the earlier date was clashing with JEE Advanced dates, this change was made. The dates for Admit Card Release and Result declaration have been postponed by a week as well to May 14, 2019 and July 2, 2019 respectively. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination 2019 is a common entrance examination which will be held in an offline mode (OMR Based examination).

Candidates are required to appear for two papers as far as WBJEE 2019 is concerned:

Paper 1- Mathematics

Paper 2- Physics and Chemistry

Candidates who appear in Paper 1 and Paper 2, awarded with GMR Ranks are eligible for admission to Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Pharmacy courses in all institutes and educational institutions.

Candidates who appear in Paper-2 alone, awarded PMR Ranks will be eligible for admission only to Pharmacy courses. (Exception: Jadavpur University).

About WBJEE

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam is conducted by the Government of West Bengal for admission to various government, private and self-financing institutes for the following courses – Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture.
