FTRE – Important Details

With the arrival of the month of June, FIITJEE conducts FIITJEE Talent Recognition Examination, commonly known as FTRE. The purpose of the FTRE exam is to gauge the foundational knowledge of JEE aspirants and there aptitude to prepare for the most competitive engineering entrance exam i.e. the JEE. Through FTRE, FIITJEE rewards the meritorious students with heavy scholarships in the form of fee waiver. For most hard working and brilliant students, FTRE is a golden opportunity to earn scholarships ranging up to 100% fee waivers.

The FTRE exam going to be held on 4th June 2017 is exclusive for students who have passed out class 12th and are aspiring to appear for the upcoming JEE Mains and JEE Advanced 2018. The students willing to appear for the FTRE can register for the exam on www.fiitjee-ftre.com. FTRE Sample Paper and its solutions can be downloaded from the official website.

FTRE Fees and Result Declaration

FTRE forms can be filled both online as well as offline. The fee for offline submission is Rs. 500 (for regular candidates) and 400 (for previous FIITJEE registered students) and 200 (for JEE Advanced 2017/ NTSE/ KVPY qualifiers or students previously enrolled in FIITJEE) respectively. However, fees for these tests is Rs. 1000, 900, and 400 on 1st June and 2nd June.

Similarly, for online registration the fee for these categories of students is Rs. 400, 300, and 100 while the same online registration fee on 1st and 2nd June is Rs. 600, 500, and 200. For mobile based registration, the fee is Rs. 400, 300, and 100 while the same on 1st and 2nd June is Rs. 600, 500, and 200.

The results are scheduled to be declared on 11th June 2017.

Exam Schedule

The paper constitutes of 3 parts namely Objective Paper 1 – Aptitude Test (8:45 AM – 10:30 AM), Objective Paper 2 – (Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics) i.e. 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, and Objective Paper 3 – Advanced Level (Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics) i.e. 2:15 PM – 5:30 PM.
