Now that the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2019 is over, there are a lot of speculations regarding the results and will it be declared earlier than the given date?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has concluded the first phase of the JEE Main 2019 exam for the first time. With the changes to the exam, students, as well as experts, are expecting the results to be declared earlier.

The last day to challenge the official answer for JEE Main 2019 was on 17th of January 2019.

What Led to the Speculations?

The official exam dates for JEE Main 2019 were from 6th to 20th of January. Since the exam was concluded on 12th of January, which is way ahead of the schedule given by the NTA has made many to believe that JEE Main 2019 results could get preponed.

NTA conducted this year’s UGC NET in December 2018 and the results were declared on the 10th of January 2019, which was a record time. This has added fuel to the speculation of NTA releasing the results of JEE Main 2019 sooner than expected.

The New Speculation Making the Round

The official JEE Main 2019 result date is 31st of January 2019. However, if the pattern of the exam and the other exams conducted by the NTA is closely monitored, one can expect the results to be declared sooner than earlier.

If the speculations are to be believed, the JEE Main 2019 results could be released by 23rd of January 2019. The date mentioned is just speculation and should be taken as such.

About The Rank List

Whatever may be the speculation, the final rank will be released post the JEE Main exam in April 2019. The best score of JEE Main in January and April will be considered by the NTA while making the final rank list.

For candidates who want to improve their chances of cracking the JEE Main 2019 will have another opportunity in April 2019.
