Important details of NTSE 2018
The exam mode is offline (for both stage 1 and 2)
Stage 1 of NTSE is state level whereas stage 2 is the national level exam
The students of class 10th are eligible to apply for the exam
The maximum age limit is 18 years for both regular and open school students

NTSE 2018 Examination Pattern
There are three tests which need to be cracked for NTSE. The pattern of all the three tests is given below:
MAT (Mental Ability Test)- 100 objective type questions of one mark each in a given time span of 120 minutes
SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test)- 100 questions carrying 100 marks are asked in Scholastic Aptitude Test.
Negative Marking: There is no negative marking in Stage 1 and Stage 2 examination.
NTSE 2018 Syllabus
The stage 1 exam consists of class 9th and 10th syllabus. And for stage 2, the NCERT class 10th syllabus is preferred. However, there is no any exact prescribed syllabus provided by the authority.
NTSE 2018 Admit Card
The candidates need to fill in the application form before the last date. After which, the admit card will be sent by the NTSE authority to the postal address provided by the candidates. The candidates may collect the roll numbers from the chief superintendent from the allotted examination centre.
NTSE Result 2018
The candidates will get an official notification about NTSE results after the successful conduct of NTSE exam. The result will be updated or released on the official portal or link provided by the authority on the official website.
